Vintage mid century modern red & cobalt blue, short puff sleeve, new look dress. Notched rounded neckline. Peek-a-boo puffed princess sleeves. Fitted red bodice. Full, colorful blue, green, purple and red flower print, pleated, circle skirt. Elasticized at the waist. Matching bow tie belt.
Crisp woven fabric, there is no stretch.

Condition: There is some fading on both of the shoulders as shown in the photos. Tags have been removed
Size: There is no size tag, see measurements below. My mannequin is a modern 6, this fit her with a little room. It likely would fit a small or medium but check measurements.
