You won’t find this set anywhere else! The designer was inspired by vintage 1920s fashion and Chanel’s timeless couture. This genuine wool blend set has a drop-waist sweater, stunning pleated skirt, and perfect stripe/bow detail. A fashionista purchased this in the late 80s or 90s then carefully stored it to keep it in near-perfect condition. One tiny loose spot has been carefully mended-see last photo.
Shoulder: seam-to-seam: 20 laid flat
Pit-to-Pit: 18.5 laid flat
Sleeve: 21.5
Hips: 40 round
Waist: 34.5
The tag says Meduim, but today these Measurements equal a Size 12-14 or a Large
Note: fabric contains no spandex, including waistline, so I think it will fit best on someone with a waist measurement of 35 or above. The weave itself allows for some stretch, but will probably slip if a waist is smaller than 35. Alternately, elastic could easily be added by a tailor.
