Fostoria American Clear Covered Candy "Nappy" Dish Bowl 5 1/4 inches

This is such a beautiful and elegant candy dish with lid made by Fostoria Glass Company. This pattern is called the American Clear, also called Early American, created in 1915 onward & long discontinued. This piece was originally called "Nappy and Cover," but through the years became known as "Candy Dish with Lid".

This particular piece is from an estate sale in which this dish was passed on to the third generation from a curio/china cabinet placement in unused condition (display usage only). It is a fabulous piece sure to add vintage glamour to your décor! Height 5 1/4 in. Width 5 1/2 in.

Excellent vintage condition! Display Quality! Very heavy for its size and the pictures just do not give this piece any credit!
