I don’t know much about this brand, but Mazer Jomaz made quality jewelry in the 1930’s and 40’s. This one is marked Sterling, appears to say something else but I can not make out. There is 1 clear rhinestone missing. Pin is in good working condition. Dark purple stones are glass. Please see pics for best description.
