Vintage Cross 10K gold filled ballpoint pen in original case and in working condition. This monogrammed pen is from the estate of Oren Harris and bears his name. Harris was a U.S. representative from Arkansas from 1941-1966. In 1959 he presided over hearings of the Quiz Show Scandal. He was signatory to the 1956 Southern Manifesto that opposed the desegregation of publics schools by the Supreme Court in the Brown vs Board of Education case.
