Golden Pinecones CASSEROLE DISH 575-B Lid 550 Pyrex 2 QUART Space Saver
This vintage Pyrex goldleaf pine branch design along its side, with a cluster of three pinecones. The pine tree needles are also clustered, leading them to almost look like starbursts.
****With Original Cradle**
This casserole is of the oblong shaped “space saver” variety that held 2 quarts and originally came with a clear glass lid that was unusual in that it also had the goldleaf pattern on it. The pattern is a similar motif to the golden pine one on the side of the casserole, but instead of being in a straight line, it stretches around in corners in two opposing areas of the lid. As always - be careful when washing clear lids with goldleaf or other patterns - it isn’t as durable as those patterns printed on fired-on colors.
