3.1 Phillip Lim satiny bomber jacket / top sz XS/S

Here's a mystery to solve. This is a consignment item and my consignee did not know the answer to any of my questions.
This is a sample item , therefore there is no size, and no fabric content. However, I'll describe it to the best of my ability.
This garment is a zip-up peplum top / bomber jacket. It's not really warm though. It's more of a top, or a thin jacket for coolish weathers.
You can wear it to casual events or even to work.
It feels very satiny and elegant on the outside. There is no lining. There are 2 pockets, and a ribbed ruffly peplum at the hem.
Measurements are 14" from shoulder to shoulder, 17" from armpit to armpit, 19" long, and 22" sleeves.
Gorgeous condition. No flaws. Smoke-free pet-free home.
