Please note the condition of the bag, though it is NWT it arrived in less than pristine condition to me from Vendula. The item is discontinued so they were unable to repair or replace it.
The chain in the front is Broken as it draped down rather than being connected. (See second photo)
It could easily be clipped off or reattached to the threads you see sticking out on the circles.
