This is recreation of the vintage McDonald’s wrist watch toy of Polly and her friend on the teeter totter
It will move up and down with the small dial mechanism on the back of clasp. See photo for movement, the dial you can see a small mark where it leaves the mark on silver from sliding side to side (green highlight) this is normal wear and identify movement.
