Let's start off by saying that this book is not a high grade comic! It is a classic book from 1965 that introduced Flash's villain group that would eventually go on to be called The Rogues Gallery.
The interior is in solid condition with all of its pages securely attached to the inside with no rips, tears or chipping. IMO The inner pages are at a 6-7 on the O.W.L. color scale. (Tan)
On the exterior, there are some issues with soft corners, some spine ticks, cover indentations and slight chipping.
Overall, IMO I would rank this book between a 6.5-7, if being graded by CGC.
