Not sure where to start and too many details to note so let me know if you are interested in this and I can give you more details. I am not sure how old this is. I want to say at least 40. It is a quality well made piece from one of theLos Angeles costume shops, a good one. HEAVY thick velvet and large rhinestones with metal back. Long fish tail. Needs repair but its easy and on a seam. The last photo the skirt is inside out.
