You can’t download “newly updated” apps unless you already have them downloaded on your iCloud account, then they’ll Download the last version compatible. But there’s older apps you can download. Would be perfect for a child, as a ebook, or for surfing the web. Comes with case. Also has no scratches, dings or anything. In perfect condition.
