True Antique Bloomers/ Pettipants Underpinnings made from a soft Cream cotton. They feature a Rather Rare Closed Bottom and Stunning Handmade Delicate Fine lace trim! Each leg opening has a small piece where lace has come loose but easily stitched back if desired, please see pics. Original MOB Side button closure . Original owner's name still remains on the inside of the waistband for Provenance. I have carefully hand washed these in Organic soap, flat dried and pressed. These are such a Rare Find especially in this condition. I believe these were handcrafted in Europe based on the Fine Hand made lace. The Waist measures 15inches flat, 30 around. Total Length is 21.5 inches including 6 inches of lace and bottom leg openings are 10 inches around.
