This is the Sheaffer model from the Belgian eyewear brand THEO.
This brand has produced many masterpieces, and this piece is part of the T.O Series, which features models named after world stationery manufacturers.

I also have the matte wine red version of the same model in my collection, which is also up for sale. Please consider it along with this one. The purchase price was around 45,000 yen.
The glasses come with prescription lenses, and the only included accessory is the case. There are no noticeable scratches or dirt on the frame of the glasses, but there is some discoloration on the nose pads due to age.
