This is a very rare and hard to find belt buckle. It is a Limited Edition 1 of 500 made by the CD Hit belt buckle company. The buckle was made to commemorate the inaugural Ruan Grand Prix in 1989. The race was only held from 1989 to 1994 in downtown Des Moines Iowa.
