This black felt beauty comes from the fashions of the 1930s'. The hat is made of thin, flexible felt. The round crown is surrounded by a wide, upturned brim. The brim has been split at the back, creating most unusual folds, as photographed, and the overall shape is oval. There is a black grosgrain bow path the center back, with 2 streams cascading downwards.
