This gorgeous statement hat consists of a round crown surrounded by an upturned brim. This solid structure is covered in light rust colored feathers. A few white feathers make the hat more interesting.The inside is covered in mesh netting.Most dressy hats in the 1960s were worn by women who embraced the traditional etiquette rules of wearing hats to match the occasion.
