Handmade Gray Wool Multicolored Felt Flower Applique Lined Tasseled Vest

- Handmade, one-of-a-kind, artisan vest embellished with individually embroidered multicolored acrylic felt flowers, leaves and stems in a springtime floral theme, depicting flowers growing out of the ground- Flowers are sewn in colorful blanket stitch throughout the front and back with DMC embroidery thread. Sporadically embroidered with blue running stitch at seams- Also embroidered in black blanket stitch around bottom edge and armholes to secure the lining- There are two thin, black tassels at the front neck area. Each tassel is braided for added strength- Exterior is pure heathered gray wool which has somewhat of a rustic texture. It is lined in a smooth, and clean, avocado green, cotton/poly blend, calico fabric, which has been machine sewn in panels. There is a seam running down the middle and at each side panel- Can be reversed, but the brand tag will show- Each flower has been cut and sewn individually. The lining is the only part that is machine sewn since it needed more tailoring- Lightweight, flowy, and a nice layering piece for the spring or fall- Handmade and new, under the Passeig Artist label and never used so it's in excellent condition.
