Vintage 70's outfit Vest and Pants GROOVY MAN!!! Size 6 My mom wore this outfit in the early 70's. She thinks her mom (my Nana) made the pants. She wore it with a green or cream turtleneck. Simple pull on pants (new elastic was put in for me when I wore them in and early 2000's) Depending on length of childs legs they are pants or capris. One button up faux fur vest,super cute and comfy and if you like vintage this in the outfit.
