Anne Allaben worked for the Edward Gross Co in NY as well as the C.R. Gibson Co. She was known primarily for her charming portraits of children and babies. Many of these art prints were sold in framed pairs, such as a Dutch boy and girl or a pair of Scottish children wearing plaid.Paintings in wood blue, gray elaborately carved frames. Very cute Blonde boy with large brown doe-eyes, suspenders and light blue shirt , has "Butch" on the back with label.Very cute Blonde girl with curls, blue hair bow, blue dress, and large brown doe-eyes.
