My family and their family grew up about 1.5 hrs from Corning NY where they'd travel to shop direct for cookware and also take the tour to see amazing things being made. Also my Great Grandmother loved paperweights.....so she was in a good place to find cool ones.This is one of such paperweights she collected which less held paper but more so, caught the sun.The clear glass suspends a glossy dome but within is a rich cobalt morning glory like flower with a suspended clear bubble. I've spent many hours staring into it....it's beautiful & magicalIt has a soothing weight and it's bigger than a billiard ball - 3.5" diaThere are no chips and the glass is smoothIt's been stored with care in a smoke and pet free environment
