This is an ornate porcelain Royal Vienna creamer and sugar bowl. The elegant set dates from 1890-1900. It features fluted and scalloped rims, shaped bowls, fluted and scalloped feet, and fluted handles which attach to the feet. The floral transfer depicts violets on a white ground. The feet are colored pink with pale white flowers. There is a lot of gold trim, which is worn on the sugar lid and handles. Sizes: creamer, 4¾ in. w. x 3 7/8 in. h.; sugar, 5¾ in. w. x 5 in. h. Both pieces have the Royal Vienna (Austria) crown mark. The sugar bowl has a rim chip - see my last (close-up) photo. This damage is reflected in the price.
