“Rare “GUCCI” 1960’s handbag. It is in great condition. Gucci monogram fabric with navy blue leather. Has 2 zippered compartments, 2 regular compartments on inside and one compartment in the back of purse. Has a accordion bottom.
Has Gucci icon with “ Made in Italy”. There were no serial number till 1980. It has the Gucci red and green stripe with brass Gucci icon on front of purse. Has a area to put you change and or money in. Has snaps on either side of inside of purse to attach the leather strap that is in mint condition
There is a area when you open the purse close to snap where the inside leather has cracked a little. Then a tiny spot on the back of purse that the ribbon has a fray. No one will ever notice this unless you point it out. This purse is over 60 years old; so with very little defects and the rest of purse in excellent shape.
