Rare Vintage Unsigned Schreiner N.Y. Blue Crystal Brooch. Inverted crystal stones. Silver tone metal. Gorgeous vintage condition!SCHREINER jewelry was made from about 1951 to the 1970s. The company was started by Henry Schreiner, who had worked before WWI for other jewelry companies, and the pieces were hand made. Known for their high quality stones and unusual color combinations, trademarks of Schreiner jewelry are the reverse setting of rhinestones (point up instead of point down), the hook and eye back construction and the "donut" clips on the earring backs. Large, colorful and eye-catching, these are favorites of most rhinestone jewelry collectors.
