This is a rare model in that there is no pattern on the bottom portion of the carafe.Embossed on top piece - "Place the rubber here" and "Perfection Glass Co Wilkes Barre Pa Patd March 30 97"The overall condition is VERY GOOD. There is a scratch (verified to NOT be a through crack - no water leak) near the top of the bottom piece. Top piece is FANTASTIC. Metal Band is VERY GOOD. There is a rubber gasket that prior owner put tape on breaks or cracks. Including it for size.
