purchase receipt reflects last week however FedEx delivered and my little brother was home and he chose to open it and look at it because he wanted to see what it looked like... SMH (COULD OF STRANGLED HIM) anyhow yes box doesn't have plastic on it but it is new new hasn't even been walked through the initial prompts of setting up the device when you first power up a new apple product. does have cellular capability I would recommend using Wi-Fi only if you need to have cellular data put on it would have to do so through Spectrum mobile. $1399 value asking $880 after payingthere percentage for seller fees and cost that leaves me with $702! If we negotiate off platform and buyer can meet up or if we come to an agreement on shipping plan with signature upon delivery, w/o using the app I could do $702. If I save money by not having to pay seller fees and costs on here then you'll save money...
