Small crack on outer part of light lens. No practical issue, other than a non fully round beam of light.
The cut edge of the light is on the periphery of the round magnifying lenses when using.
(Possible replacement of light lens? Can see in photos)

Used a handful of times in an endodontics office and then stored.
