Magnificent Translucent Aqua Teal Turquoise Blue craquelure glaze marked & dated
Designed by award winning Kataro SHIRAYAMADANI (1865-1948) who was also known for his decorated lamp bases for Tiffany’s in early 20th century
Even the bases’ ring is clean white, like it was carefully stored for the last 75+ years! Pictures just don’t do this justice! It’s so bright & clean that I initially overlooked this but the color was so stunning, I went back and realized it was over 80 years old!
