Oh this piece just KILLS IT with the elegance, why couldn't it be my size?! Luscious velvet in a sophisticated wrap pencil skirt silhouette, direct from the 1950s! I. Magnin label speaks to the high end nature of this piece. Lovely multi-layer flat bow measuring 4.25 in. sits at the waistline on the right, and the top layer of the skirt is beautifully curved at hem and edged with black satin.Hits about mid calf. Thick, high sheen satin lining is probably silk although there is no fabric tag on this piece. Grosgrain ribbon lining at the waist.Absolutely great vintage condition, all hooks and eyes intact and look original, pretty amazing for a piece from the 50s, some places where the nap of the fabric is pushed down or in a different direction, does not affect wear.
