This is a Gyromatic Watch - a special system designed by Gerard Perregaux in the early nineteen sixties.It amplifies movements so the watch is constantly being wound.The backplate is marked 14K Gold in letters so small you practically need a microscope to seem them, but there they are.Does not say Gold Filled!There are some scratches but hey...it's gold.Soft stuff.Inherited from my father who was a collector of watches and cameras.
