This is a projector lens modified to be used with a mirrorless camera with an M42 mount.
It's a lens without a helicoid, but it comes with a Sony αEM42 helicoid adapter, so you can use it right away. It doesn't have an aperture ring.
The lens looks relatively clean to the untrained eye, with no noticeable haze.
It's a lens known for its bubble bokeh, and since Meyer's Trioplan is very expensive, this is a great way to get that look for a good price.
It doesn't come with any caps.
