This is a beautiful black wrap dress by Dress the Population. It is a midi length but has a high-low hem because of the wrap style. It is made of black material with pink, green, and lavender flowers along with green leaves embroidered into the fabric. The thread of the embroidery is shiny so it creates a bit of sparkle/shine where the flowers and leaves are. It has a v-neck because of the wrap style and it has adjustable spaghetti straps. The tie goes around the waist and can be tied tighter or looser depending on your waist and bust size. It is lined through the hips and then the fabric is sheer that goes down further so it has a semi-sheer look. There is a ruffle going down the hem of the wrap that goes across the front hips and legs and a ruffle along the bottom in the back. It is a gorgeous dress. The size and material tags were removed but it is a small and dry clean only. Please see measurements. Measurements: Bust: 15.5” (slightly adjustable depending how tightly you tie it but it doesn’t go much further than this (no stretch to the dress) Waist: adjustable since it can be tied tighter or looser.
