Miyajima carvings, presenting in delicate forms the scenic beauty of Itsukushima, and Kumano brushes, whose qualities continue to hold 90% of the national brush market, are well known as representatives of the traditional crafts of the Hiroshima area. Nutured by the beauty of the local scenery, these two superlative examples of craftsmanship have been ingenious combined to create a set with a hand mirror fashioned in the shape of a Miyajima ladle and Kumano cosmetic brushes. We sincerely hope that you will find them useful for a long time to come.
Condition: Brand new, never used, unwashed. All brushes are made with natural hair with the exception of brow brush/comb. Manufacturer imperfections include the slightest glue present on the mirror's edge, imperfect bristles on the synthetic brow brush, micro scratches on mirror wood, nail is not flush, see photos.
