Rare larger size true vintage peplum dress from the 40s with a gorgeous embellishment around the neck of painted golden flowers with seed beads and sequins. It has a side metal zipper and buttons in the back.

Condition - I did not clean this because I was scared and it has a bit of an old clothes smell from being stored for so many years. I found one tiny hole in the skirt but other than that it's in quite good condition for as old as it is.
