Preowned condition. Some discoloration to the matting on the lower left corner, seemingly caused by moisture exposure - difficult to see in the pictures, but has some fading from gray to beige. Could be rematted, if desired. Fading isn't very noticeable, but worth noting for full-disclosure. The rustic nature of the frame is not considered a flaw, but is part of the overall design.
