Vintage Original Movie Poster One Sheet (1963) for 20th Century Fox comedy “Move Over Darling” starring Doris Day, James Garner, Polly Bergen, Thelma Ritter, Fred Clark, Don Knotts, & Chuck Connors. The film is a remake of a 1940 screwball comedy film entitled “My Favorite Wife” starring Irene Dunne & Cary Grant. Doris Day was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role. The film was one of the biggest box office hits of 1963.
An unrestored one sheet size poster that displays some signs of use. Includes light edge or fold wear, slight fold separations, minor paper loss, pinholes, and unobtrusive stains. Please see images for more details. The poster is folded. While it displays pretty well as is, linen-backing would make it look even better and enhance the preservation of the midcentury design artwork.
Garner accidentally broke Day's rib during the massage scene in which he pulls Day off of Bergen.
