This is a beautiful piece of pottery! It was created, hand painted, and signed by renowned artist Rick Loewenkamp. The colors are subdued and gorgeous and the designs are somewhat abstract. Various shades of teal, pale gray, and cream. Very unique! I can't find any flaws. It is quite stunning. The vase measures approx 8.25" H x 5" W. Diameter of opening is 2.25". Diameter of base is 3.5".About the artist:For over thirty years Rick Loewenkamp has worked as a full-time professional artist with much recognition and many awards for the skill and perfection embodied in his raku pottery and sculpture. Today, Loewenkamp's pots are primarilywheel-thrown although he has extensive experience in traditional stoneware and salt-glaze firing.
