This stunning jacket is fully covered in black and gold sequins in a stars and stripes design. 100% silk and in near excellent condition. I have shown a few spots one on the front, and one on the back where gold sequins are missing. However, this is the only Flaw I can find. There is some loose string at one of the cuffs, but the beads look to be in place. Amazing condition for this style jacket or dress. I have seen it advertised as both. Huge shoulder pads could be removed if desired. All snaps are in place and in working condition. No size tag so please see measurements
