A rare collectible hardcover cookbook. Written by Hugo Ziemann. If you love historical and genuinely useful things, this wonderful over 100 year old cookbook will inspire, and delight with its “comprehensive cyclopedia of information.” It is in very good antique condition, wear is consistent with age and use. The cover has some discoloration and cracking along the outside spine. The binding is solid and pages intact. A couple of pages have a tear and stains from some adventurous cook, but all are there.
