Pair of vintage Vogue dolls. They are plastic, about 8 tall, with eyes that open and shut, and painted eyelashes. One is blonde, and one is a redhead. I believe they are Ginny dolls, but please see photos to confirm. Both are marked VOGUE DOLL on their backs. I believe this dates them to the 1950-1953 timeframe, but please see photos and judge for yourself.
They show some wear from age and handling. Their clothing looks handmade to me. The one wearing a blue sweater has an unattached arm (it seems the rubber keeping it attached to the doll has disintegrated with age). The one in white has some unusual facial coloration -- her eyebrows have a greenish hue, possibly due to age.
