This is deadstock from the 2000s. It's from the very early days of the U.K Brand Jolaby. At this time they did a lot of experimental dresses that came in One Size Fits All. I have 2 other dresses listed from them. This dress is full of big open, folded pleats. The fabric has a lot stretch and a striped texture. It comes with a wide removable black fabric belt.
