Antique White Lace Trim Chemise

Elegant antique off-white chemise with delicate lace trim, and pink ribbon, this is a museum deaccession.Gorgeous antique Edwardian nightgown. This is a museum deaccession 1900s nightgown, and approximately a size M. This antique nightgown is in beautiful condition for its age. There are just a couple of small flaws. There is a 1/2 inch repair by the side of the arm. There are also two breaks in the lace front. These are both shown in the last two photos. There are no stains, and no holes in the linen. This is really quite stunning. This Edwardian nightgown can be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. The sleeves on this are fluttery and beautiful! The lace around the neckline is so romantic and pretty! The ribbon is not original to this nightgown. The are Monogramed initials in this which I’m currently unable to make out, I’ve shown a close up, perhaps you can. We love the Edwardian era, and this museum deaccession Edwardian nightgown is a very fine example of an Edwardian trousseau nightgown.
