This formal, or Church Hat is truly magnificent and most original. It dates back from the 1970s', and it is made of a black felt cap, plus a wide brim made of gold lame, and small trips of black fabric. The underside of the brim is solid gold lame, and the stripes are at the top. The brim has been shaped into a showstopper creation.
