IMPRESSIVE 1940s' BLACK FELT TILT HAT WITH AQUA FEATHER & BLACK VEIL

This is truly an outstanding black felt hat from the fashionable 1940s'! The black felt hat consists of a taller, rounded crown and a short brim that extends at the back to create a sort of a cap. There is a beautiful aqua colored ostrich feather that projects upwards from one side, and turns gently down on top. An elastic band is attached to the inside of the hat got keep it in a tilted position. There is a beautiful black veil finishing this stunning look.Tilt hats were popular in the 1930s and 1940s.
