This is a stunning hat from the fashionable 1930s'. It consists of a small cap made of velour, from which the upper part of this creation emerges into a triangular shape, with the pointy side towards the bottom back. The top/back of the hat is trimmed with velour piping as seen in photo #8. The look is finished with an orange feather circle from which a tall spray of matching crin emerges.This hat its supposed to be worn towards the back of the hear. There is a felt tipped hatpin attached to the back.Crin, also known as crinoline or horsehair, is a net-like material, easy to mold and is often used in the decoration of clothing, hats and accessories.Label: REICHMAN HATS plus store label: A Harris & Co.
