If you live near the Mentor, Ohio area, I’d be more than happy to meet you in person, at my home or the Mentor Police Department, to view condition of cards.
Cards will be shipped in soft plastic protectors.
Ungraded, I prefer to lower the actual condition, and use Mercari’s system of Good, meaning the cards have minor flaws, because someone will always complain about the condition.
