Purchased these in Tokyo, Japan, for my daughter’s first year of middle school, but she had too many of different ones already so these were never worn, blue one is still in original packaging. The red does not untie, it’s fixed in the shape of the bow, and its neck size is adjustable and stretchy. Both fit girls from 6 to 16 years old, and the blue one is unisex, looks great on boys too (almost full adult size, 56” long). Beautiful vibrant colors, looks super dressy and formal with a school uniform or just over a light dress shirt. Spent around $25 on each, selling as a set only. BlueP
