This is a rare Antique Lewis Straus & Sons Ceramic Creamer.

Piece is about 4 tall.

The bottom is stamped LS & S inside of a horseshoe. Lewis Straus and Sons used this stamp for their imports. They were a company from 1869 to 1930. Nathan Straus changed the name to Nathan Straus & Company in 1924.

They started stamping in 1892 due to the McKinley Tariff act requiring imports to be stamped with country of origin.
