This beautiful pair of vintage, pre-1965, Tony Lama cowboy boots is a RARE FIND, it's almost impossible to get a pair of straight top Tony Lama boots from this era, probably since the straight top is considered more of a work boot. The straight top is a better leg lengthening look as well, more flattering like the pointed toe!
These are the high end Gold Label line (not the Black Label which didn't exist in the 60s) & it's clear they are fantastically well made, including using the traditional technique of lemon peg soling , considered the gold standard for custom boots, which gives a much longer lasting sole. The contrast light top stitching is intricate & eyecatching.
