Does have some minor stains (untreated), signs of use/wear, but looks very good overall.
This is a substantial piece, of great quality..very durable. Made in USA.

I've not attempted to treat these areas:
spot on right pocket, 2 spots on left sleeve near elbow and one lighter spot on upper part of sleeve, minor discolored area at lower cuff area, faint spot on left back shoulder area.
Some minor fraying at top of left pocket, some minor wear to edge of left cuff (and maybe more, but that was most notable).
There are two cargo pockets and one zipper pocket on chest. The rain hood folds into a hook/loop fabric strip around collar, with drawstrings.
Zip and snap front closure.
I've tried to pick this over closely so there are no surprises. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. It's a great piece!
